The slurry valve gets its name from its primary application in mining industries. It adopts a three-piece composite structure, fabricated by welding a cast valve body with two flanges. It is equipped with hard alloy sealing surfaces and stainless steel gate plate. Its core components are the gate plate and left & right sealing plates, which together form the moving sealing pair of the three-piece valve. All wearing parts are concentrated on the left and right sealing plates.

This valve features a rational structure, easy operation and fast opening. It delivers outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life, as well as strong part interchangeability, simple assembly, low maintenance cost and high economic efficiency with reliable sealing performance. It effectively eliminates the ring abrasion phenomenon. Working Principle
Opening & Closing Process: The opening and closing of the valve are realized by controlling the vertical movement of the gate plate via the lifting drive mechanism.
When opening the valve, the gate plate rises to form a full-bore flow path inside the pipeline for smooth medium passage.
When closing the valve, the gate plate descends and fits tightly against the sealing surface to achieve tight sealing.

开关过程：通过升降驱动机构控制闸板的上下移动来实现阀门的开启和关闭。当阀门开启时，闸板上升，管道内形成全通径，介质可顺畅通过；关闭时，闸板下降与密封面紧密贴合，实现密封。

Sealing Principle
A sealing ring assembly consisting of a primary sealing ring and a secondary sealing ring is installed between the valve seat and gate plate. Tight contact between the sealing rings and sealing surfaces achieves fluid tightness.
An expandable and contractible rubber sealing ring is embedded in the valve body. It shrinks when the valve opens and expands when the valve closes, pressing firmly against the gate plate to form a reliable seal.
