矿浆阀因应用于矿山上而得名,采用三片式组合而成,由铸造阀体和两片法兰焊接而成,硬质合金密封面和不锈钢闸板,其核心部件为闸板和左右密封板,组成了三片阀动密封副,使其全部易损件都集中在左右密封板上。具有结构合理,操作方便,开启快捷,具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、互换性强,装配方便,维护费用低,经济效益高,密封可靠,避免“啃圈”现象等特点,适用于矿山,冶金,煤炭,化工,电厂等行业的颗粒物料输送管道的截止,是目前国内浆体输送系统理想的首选阀门。
Working Principle
Opening & Closing Process: The opening and closing of the valve are realized by controlling the vertical movement of the gate plate via the lifting drive mechanism.
When opening the valve, the gate plate rises to form a full-bore flow path inside the pipeline for smooth medium passage.
When closing the valve, the gate plate descends and fits tightly against the sealing surface to achieve tight sealing.
■工作原理:
开关过程:通过升降驱动机构控制闸板的上下移动来实现阀门的开启和关闭。当阀门开启时,闸板上升,管道内形成全通径,介质可顺畅通过;关闭时,闸板下降与密封面紧密贴合,实现密封。
Sealing Principle
A sealing ring assembly consisting of a primary sealing ring and a secondary sealing ring is installed between the valve seat and gate plate. Tight contact between the sealing rings and sealing surfaces achieves fluid tightness.
An expandable and contractible rubber sealing ring is embedded in the valve body. It shrinks when the valve opens and expands when the valve closes, pressing firmly against the gate plate to form a reliable seal.

密封原理: 阀座和闸板之间装配有密封圈组件,包括第一密封圈和第二密封圈,通过密封圈与密封面的紧密配合实现密封。阀体上镶有可胀缩的橡胶封圈,开启时收缩,关闭时密封圈胀开,与阀瓣压紧达到密封。

No obstructions exist inside the flow passage when the valve is fully open, allowing smooth medium flow without sediment accumulation or blockage.
