2.According to customers’ different working‑condition requirements, our balls and seats can be processed with multiple advanced hardening technologies: supersonic spraying, nickel‑based overlay welding, customized surface hardening, hard‑alloy welding and high‑strength & high‑hardness ceramic materials.The surface hardness of ball and seat normally exceeds HRC60, and can reach HV1800‑2000 after our exclusive surface treatment. The sealing material withstands continuous temperature up to 540℃ with a maximum of 980℃, and its bonding strength is higher than 10,000 PSI. The sealing layer also possesses outstanding wear‑resistance and anti‑impact performance. Therefore our metal‑to‑metal ball valves are suitable for most severe working environments.
