1.The jacketed ball valve adopts an integrated jacket‑type structure to realize uniform heat retention and cold insulation. Compared with conventional ball valves, the insulated‑jacket ball valve features smaller overall size, lighter weight, zero external leakage and superior sealing performance. The jacket is fabricated by welding carbon‑steel pipes; this solution delivers higher pressure resistance and better robustness versus cast‑in jackets.The jacket, outer body and jacket nozzles are connected by welding. The maximum allowable working pressure for steam or cooling water inside the jacket is up to 1 MPa.

保温夹套球阀采用整体式夹套结构设计，更能均匀地保温、保冷，保温球阀比一般球阀体积更小，重量更轻，且无外漏，密封性能良好，夹套采用碳素钢管焊接比铸造的更加耐压牢固。夹套、阀体外侧与夹套接管焊接，允许蒸汽或冷水的最高压力为1MPa.

2.Jacketed ball valves deliver outstanding heat‑preservation and cold‑insulation performance. Except for reduced‑bore jacketed ball valves, the valve bore matches the pipeline size, and the medium flows in a straight path with minimum flow resistance. This design effectively reduces heat loss of the process medium inside pipelines, so the valve performs excellently for easily‑solidified and high‑viscosity liquids.

保温球阀具有良好的保温、保冷特性，除缩径保温球阀外，阀门的和管径一至介质呈直线流动，阻力小，能有效降低管路中介质热量的损失，因此，对容易凝固、高粘度的液体介质具有优良的性能。
