Pneumatic Ceramic Double Gate Valve

Pneumatic ceramic double gate valves are applicable to dry ash systems and bin pump discharge conveying in power plants. They can also be installed on pipelines of mining, papermaking, chemical and other industries for opening and closing services, handling abrasive dry dust and aqueous media such as ash-slag water.

This valve adopts a bidirectional sealing structural design to achieve full tight sealing from either flow direction after full closure. The valve body middle section is fabricated by welding WCB cast steel parts with seamless steel tubes. The sealing surfaces are made of high-performance toughened industrial ceramics.

The ceramic material boasts ultra-high hardness and chemical stability, featuring exceptional resistance to abrasion, corrosion and erosion. It also offers excellent heat insulation, low thermal expansion, high mechanical strength and low operating torque. Additionally, it effectively reduces ash buildup and jamming, delivering a significantly extended service life.
