Self-Sealing Type
Self-sealing knife gate valves get their name from the self-rebounding sealing and opening function of the seat following the movement of the gate plate.
1. The valve seat is hot-pressed from fully imported natural rubber, delivering outstanding wear resistance and stable rebound & elongation performance.
2. Double elastic metal rings are embedded inside the rubber liner, which significantly enhances the rubber’s wear resistance and rebound sealing performance.
3. Symmetrical dual rubber seats provide full isolation for the valve cavity, effectively preventing difficult operation and jamming caused by medium entering the cavity.
4. The straight-through flow passage design eliminates slag retention and blockage inside the valve, making the valve ideal for media containing dust, solid particles, gas-liquid mixtures or crystallizable substances.
5. The valve can be fitted with a blow-off port and is equipped with a bottom ash drain inspection port to enable on-line cavity cleaning and maintenance at any time.
6. All valve components adopt standard modular assemblies, allowing independent maintenance and replacement of individual parts.

自密封刀型闸阀因阀座可随着闸板的开关自动回弹密封或开启而得名。

1 、其产品阀座采用纯进口天然橡胶热压形成耐磨性能极佳,回弹延伸性能稳定。

2 、橡胶内芯镶锲双层弹性金属圈可大幅度塑造橡胶的耐磨性及回弹密封性。

3 、对称双橡胶阀座设计对阀腔形成了全方位的隔离,可有效阻止介质进入阀腔带来开关困难卡顿等问题。

4 、阀腔流道采用直通式设计,使阀腔流道形成不存渣、不留渣、不卡渣的直通流道,特别适用各类含有粉尘、固体颗粒、气液体或易结 晶介质使用。

5 、阀门可装吹哨口, 自带下排灰检修口,可时刻在线清洗阀门腔体及维护等作业。

6、阀门所有配件均采用标准件模块化组合,可单独维护或更换。

 

Valve Opening Operation

To open the valve: Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve. Driven by the internal elastic steel rings and its own elasticity, the seat rubber contracts synchronously as the gate plate rises gradually. This structure ensures that no medium leaks into the valve cavity. When the valve is fully open, the gate plate is completely separated from the seat rubber and retracted inside the valve cavity. This design maintains a fully sealed flow passage of the valve body and prevents medium from seeping into the valve cavity.
开启阀门: 当阀门手轮逆时针旋转 开启阀门时 ,阀座橡胶受内 部弹性钢圈及自身弹性影 响 ,随阀板的逐渐提升同时 同步闭合阀座橡胶 ,阀座以 此保障介质不会流露到阀腔 内部 。 当阀门完全处在开启 状态时 ,阀板与阀座橡胶完全分离并隐藏在阀腔内部,以此保障阀体流道达到全密封状态阻止介质分散流进阀腔
Valve Closing Operation
To close the valve: Rotate the handwheel clockwise. As the tapered section of the gate plate passes through the rubber seat, it exerts pressure on the rubber, pushing the seat rubber outward synchronously while the gate plate descends for full closure.
When the valve is fully closed, the gate plate fits tightly against the rubber seat, forming a complete seal on the valve body flow passage to prevent medium cross-flow leakage and backflow under negative pressure.

当阀门手轮顺时针旋转 关闭阀门时 ,随着闸板的锥 形截面穿过橡胶阀座 ,对橡 胶形成压力使橡胶随阀板的 逐渐关闭同时同步弹开阀座 橡胶 , 当阀门完全处在关闭 状态时 ,阀板与阀座橡胶完 全贴合 , 以此保障阀体流道达到全密封状态阻止介质串流泄露及负压回流等。
