Through Conduit Knife Gate Valve
A through conduit knife gate valve is a type of valve whose gate plate remains in tight sealing contact with the seat at all times. Its working principle relies on a circular bore matching the full flow diameter machined through the gate plate. As the gate opens and closes, this circular bore aligns perfectly with or fully separates from the pipeline flow path.
This valve features a bore passage free of internal recesses, eliminating medium jamming and clogging, while delivering full-bore flow performance. It is ideal for pipelines transporting powder and granular media. Its sealing configurations are divided into soft-seal and metal-to-metal hard-seal designs.
