1. Fittings for blind-hole installation: Short hexagon head bolts × n, hexagon nuts × n, flat washers or spring washers × n
2. Fittings for through-hole installation: Long hexagon head bolts × n, hexagon nuts × n, flat washers or spring washers × n
3. Metal spiral wound gaskets or rubber gaskets: 2 pieces per valve
4. Torque assistance wrenches: 2 units
Notes:
The value of n equals the quantity of bolt holes. Please consult our technical staff to confirm the required bolt length.

Valve Storage, Installation and Operation Specifications
1.Valves shall be stored neatly indoors with dry and ventilated environment, and both ends of flow passages shall be blocked with cover plates.
2.For long-term storage of valves, regular inspection is required. Replace anti-rust oil on exposed machined surfaces and remove dirt and contaminants on surfaces.
3.Read the operation manual carefully before installation, and verify whether the model, specification and other marks match the on-site service requirements. Conduct comprehensive performance inspection on the valves; no dirt or contaminants shall adhere to valve cavities and sealing surfaces.
4.Clean the valves thoroughly and apply lubricating oil (grease) to all moving parts.
5.Valves can be installed at any position on pipelines, while ensuring convenient maintenance and operation. Install the valves in accordance with the medium flow direction. Avoid violent impact on valves or random twisting of valve components during installation.
6.Tighten the nuts of connecting flanges symmetrically and alternately with a wrench during installation. Do not over-tighten or twist the nuts to prevent valve damage.
7.Keep valves clean during service. Lubricate the stem threads and bearings on a regular basis.
8. The air supply pressure for pneumatic (hydraulic) valves shall be maintained above 0.4 MPa.
9.Read the wiring diagram thoroughly when installing valves with electric actuators or electro-hydraulic drives to avoid damage caused by reversed power wiring. Stop operation immediately once any fault occurs, and consult the manufacturer’s engineers to identify and eliminate the root cause.
10.After installation, operate the valve for full open and full close cycles at least twice under supervision of designated personnel to ensure normal function.

■阀门安装注意事项

1.阀门应整齐地存放在干燥通风的室内，通道两端必须用盖板堵塞。
2.阀门长期存放时应定期检查，对外露的加工表面须更换防锈油，并清除表面的污垢等。
3.安装前应仔细阅读使用说明书，认真核对型号、规格以及其他标志与现场使用要求是否相同。并对阀门进行综合性能检查，阀门内腔和密封面不允许有污物附着。
4. 阀门应清洗干净并在各转动部位加注润滑油(脂)等。
5. 阀门可安装于管路中任何位置，但须注意保持阀门检修和操作方便。安装时要对应介质流向合理安装阀门。安装时不能强烈撞击阀门或任意拧动阀门零部件。
6.安装时应采用扳手将连接法兰的螺母对称交错的拧紧，并应避免螺母扭曲或过紧导致阀门损坏。
7. 阀门使用过程中应经常保持清洁，阀杆螺纹部分及轴承应定期润滑。
8. 气 （ 液 ） 动 阀 门 气 源 必 须 保 证 供 给 足 够 气（液）0.4Mpa以上。
9.电装及电液动等带电机驱动阀门安装时需仔细阅读接线图，防止电源线接反给阀门带来损失。阀门发现故障时应立即停止使用，咨询厂家工程师查明原因并消除之。
10. 安装完成后需在专人监督下正常启闭两次以上阀门以保证阀门能正常运行发挥作用。
