1.Prevent leakage 防止泄漏
Under normal circumstances, the design of the graphite gasket of the double O-ring pressure cover can prevent leakage at the valve stem. The O-ring and the graphite gasket of the valve body also ensure the sealing of the valve body and the valve cover. When a fire occurs, the O-ring fails due to melting. At this time, the gland graphite gasket, the valve body graphite gasket and the valve stem graphite packing will assume the function of preventing fluid leakage.

◆Emergency grease injection device 应急注胶装置

◆Double blocking and venting function 双阻断和排放功能

◆Self-discharge of middle cavity pressure 中腔压力自泄
When the middle cavity pressure (Pc) is less than the resultant force of seat ring spring preload (Fs) plus pipeline medium pressure (P1),
namely ΔP×D1 < Fs,
the ball keeps tight contact with valve seat to maintain reliable sealing.

当中腔压力 Pc 产生的推力,小于座圈弹簧预紧力 Fs 与管道介质压力 P1 的合力(压差满足 ΔP×D1<Fs)时,球体与阀座保持紧密贴合,实现可靠密封。
When the valve cavity pressure (Pc) makes ΔP×D1 > Fs (where Fs is the preload force of the seat ring spring, P1 is pipeline fluid pressure), the excess pressure from the middle cavity pushes the seat ring slightly open, forming a tiny clearance between the seat ring and the ball. The overpressure inside the middle cavity will be automatically released into the pipeline, until the pressure of valve middle cavity and upstream & downstream pipeline rebalance.

当阀腔压力(PC)大于座圈弹簧的预紧力(FS)和管路流体压力(P1),即 ΔP×D1>FS 时,中腔压力推动座圈微开,使其与球体之间产生小间隙,从而自动释放阀腔内的过载压力,介质泄入管道,重新达到阀腔与管道(上下游)的压力平衡。
◆Self-relief valve seat (single piston effect valve seat) 自泄压阀座(单活塞效应阀座)
When acting, the upstream and downstream medium pressures push the valve seat to the ball, once the cavity pressure generated by the medium exceeds the sum of the spring preload and the medium pressure, the valve seat is pushed away from the ball by the cavity pressure. Thus, the excessive pressure generated in the middle chamber is automatically released in the fully open or fully closed position of the valve.

作用时,上游和下游端介质压力将阀座推向球体;一旦介质产生的中腔压力超过弹簧预紧力与介质压力之和时,阀座被中腔压力推离球体。从而中腔产生的过高压力,在阀门全开或全关位置,被自动释放。

◆Upstream self-relief valve seat, downstream piston action 上游自动泄压阀阀座,下游活塞动作
The upstream section adopts a self-relief valve seat design, and the medium pressure pushes the valve seat to the sphere to form a seal. When the pressure in the middle cavity is too high, the upstream self-relief valve seat can be pushed away from the ball, thereby automatically releasing the excessive pressure in the middle cavity to the upstream end. The downstream end adopts a double-piston valve seat design, the medium pressure always pushes the valve seat toward the ball, and the downstream valve seat keeps sealing.

上游段采用自卸阀座设计,介质压力将阀座推向球体形成密封,当中腔压力过高时,可将上游自卸阀座推离球体,从而自动将中腔过高的压力释放到上游端。下游端采用双活塞阀座设计,介质压力始终将阀座推向球体,下游阀座保持密封。
◆Double piston effect valve seat 双活塞效应阀座
The thrust generated by the pressure at the upstream and downstream ends always pushes the valve seat towards the sphere to protect maintain sealed state. The double-piston effect ball valve does not have the self-discharging function of the middle cavity, so it is under normal circumstances, the valve needs to install an automatic pressure relief valve on the valve body, and the pressure in the middle cavity is too high,the pressure can be released through the automatic pressure relief valve.

上、下游端压力产生的推力始终将阀座推向球面,以保护和保持密封状态。双活塞效应球阀不具备中腔自排功能,因此在正常情况下,阀门需要在阀体上安装自动泄压阀,而中腔压力过高,可以通过自动泄压阀释放压力。
