
1. Valve stem blow‑out prevention design 阀杆防吹出设计
The valve stem and the ball are independent, and one end of the valve stem close to the ball is designed into an integral T‑shaped structure. It is protected by the boss on the valve body to ensure that the valve stem is not blown out under any pressure and acts as an upper seal. (Figure 1)
阀杆和球体是独立的,阀杆靠近球体的一端设计成整体式 T 型结构。它由阀体上的凸台保护,以确保阀杆在任何压力下都不会被吹出,并起到上密封的作用。(如图 1)
2.Anti‑static device 防静电装置
Anti‑static device is the standard design of floating ball valve. The valve stem is equipped with a spring grounding plug, so that the ball, the valve stem and the valve body are kept in continuous contact to form a conducting circuit, which can transfer the charge, thus avoiding the accumulation of static electricity caused by friction when the valve is opened and closed. This buildup of static electricity is extremely dangerous for certain operating conditions. (Figure 2)
防静电装置是浮球阀的标准设计。阀杆上装有弹簧接地插头,使球体、阀杆与阀体保持连续接触,形成导电回路,可转移电荷,避免了阀门启闭时因摩擦而产生的静电积聚。在某些操作条件下,这种静电积聚是极其危险的。(如图 2)
3. Fire safety design 防火设计
In the fire environment, when the non‑metallic sealing material is damaged or decomposed by high temperature, the ball contacts with the metal lip‑shaped valve seat of the soft‑sealing valve seat under the push of pressure to realize the metal‑to‑metal sealing, thereby cutting off the fluid and reducing the internal leakage.In addition, the fireproof metal valve seat can prevent the medium pressure from eroding the soft seal valve seat and reduce creep deformation of the soft seal valve seat. The fire protection design of all floating ball valves meets the API607 standard, and the fire‑protection test certification witnessed by the third party has been carried out.
在火灾环境中,当非金属密封材料被高温破坏或分解时,球体在压力的推动下与软密封阀座的金属唇形阀座接触,实现金属对金属的密封,从而切断流体,减少内漏;另外,防火金属阀座可以防止介质压力对软密封阀座的侵蚀,减少软密封阀座的蠕变变形。所有浮动球阀的防火设计均符合 API607 标准,并进行了第三方见证的防火测试认证。
