Full Polyurethane Lined Knife Gate Valve
The full polyurethane lined knife gate valve is named after its valve cavity fully lined with polyurethane material. 全衬聚氨酯刀型闸阀因阀门内腔全衬聚氨酯而得名。
1. Polyurethane (PU) features outstanding oil resistance, abrasion resistance, low-temperature resistance, anti-aging performance, high hardness, superior elasticity and good anti-toxicity properties. It is widely applied to pipelines carrying hard solid particles, gaseous and liquid mixed media, delivering reliable sealing and heavy-duty abrasion resistance. Polyurethane is known as “abrasion-resistant rubber”; its oil resistance is comparable to polysulfide rubber and no less than nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).
聚氨酯(PU)主要具有耐油,耐磨,耐低温,耐老化, 硬度高,弹性优并防毒性能良好等特性,常适用于高硬度的颗粒 及含有气体液体等介质管道,其密封性能良好且具有高强度耐磨 性能。聚氨酯有“耐磨橡胶”的佳称,其耐油性也不低于丁腈橡胶,与聚硫橡胶相当。
2. This full PU lined knife gate valve adopts a two-piece valve body integrated with an all-in-one polyurethane sleeve liner. The full PU lining isolates the medium from direct contact with the valve body, greatly boosting the valve’s overall abrasion resistance and sealing performance. It is highly suitable for harsh pipeline working conditions that demand tight sealing while enduring intense medium erosion.
全衬聚氨酯刀闸阀采用两片式阀体及一体式聚氨酯套组 合形成,其阀门内腔因全衬聚氨酯而直接阻隔介质与阀门本体的 直接接触,可大幅度提高阀门整体的耐磨性及密封性。非常适用 于各种要求密封性高又有高强度介质冲刷的管道等恶劣工况。
3. All valve components, including the polyurethane liner, adopt an independent modular assembly design to facilitate later maintenance and part replacement, maximizing the service value of the valve.
阀门整体所有配件包括聚氨酯都为独立模块化组合,方 便后期维护更换等服务。可最大程度提高阀门使用价值。
4.Three scraper strips and four self-sealing grooves are arranged inside the polyurethane sleeve. They effectively keep the gate plate clean during operation, ensure middle-position sealing, and extend the valve service life significantly.
聚氨酯套内部设有3道刮板及4道自密封槽,可在使用过 程中极大程度保障闸板的清洁,中道的密封及阀门使用寿命。
5. A V-shaped bevel is machined at the bottom of the polyurethane sleeve. While guaranteeing bidirectional sealing capability, this V-bevel design effectively eliminates hidden risks such as medium retention and jamming.
聚氨酯套底部设有V型坡口 ,在保障其双向密封的性能 上,V型坡口的设计可有效防止介质卡槽等安全隐患。
