Two-Piece Type
The two-piece knife gate valve gets its name from its two-piece combined valve body structure.两片式刀闸阀因阀体采用两片式组合而得名
1.The main body of the two-piece knife gate valve adopts a symmetrical two-piece casting structure. Compared with traditional integrated knife gate valves, its valve body is thicker with higher structural strength. Both internal and external surfaces of the valve body are processed by high-precision CNC machining, delivering superior overall dimensional accuracy, enhanced sealing performance, stronger resistance to medium erosion, as well as smoother, flatter and more aesthetic appearance.
两片式刀型闸阀主体采用两片对称式铸造结构,其阀体同比老款一体式刀型闸阀更加厚实强度更高,阀体里外全采用CNC高精密加工,使其整体精度更高,各方面密封更好,阀门更耐介质冲刷,外观更加顺滑平整及美观。
2.The valve features a full-bore design. The inner cavity of the full bore is engineered with a rational inclined diversion flushing port structure, which effectively improves the smooth flow of media through the valve cavity passage. It fundamentally eliminates common defects of old integrated knife gate valves, such as poor closure caused by medium retention grooves and subsequent sealing leakage.
阀门主体为全通径设计,并通径内腔设计成合理的斜坡导流冲刷口结构,可有效提高介质通过阀腔流道的顺畅性,并有效解决了老款一体式刀型闸阀介质卡槽关闭不严导致密封泄露等弊端问题
3.The exclusive bidirectional sealing structure enables bidirectional pressure bearing without medium jamming, leakage or erosion damage, greatly extending the service life of the valve and exceeding standard pressure bearing specifications.
独特的双向密封结构可实现双向承压不卡槽不泄露不受冲刷等影响,使阀门使用寿命大大提升,承压能力超标准化。
4.Two-piece knife gate valves are ideal for harsh working conditions involving complex media with strong erosion force, strict sealing requirements, heavy abrasion and severe corrosion, including mineral slurry, slag, ore powder and other similar media.
两片式刀闸阀更加适用与矿浆、矿渣、矿粉等各种介质形态复杂,冲刷力大,密封要求高,使用环境恶劣,高耐磨高腐蚀等特殊工况。
Valve Seat Structural Advantages
1.The valve seat is equipped with an integrated hot-molded U-shaped rubber sealing ring, which features higher density, superior resilience, and excellent resistance to abrasion, water, oil and erosion.
阀座采用U型结构一体式热熔模压橡胶密封圈,其密封圈密度 更高,回弹性更好,更加耐磨耐水耐油耐冲刷。
2.The rubber valve seat is embedded inside the valve flow passage and fully enclosed by the two split valve bodies. More than 95% of its surface is isolated from medium erosion, significantly prolonging the valve’s service life and stabilizing its sealing performance.
橡胶阀座镶嵌于阀腔流道内 ,受两片阀体全方位包裹 ,使其 95%以上面积不受介质冲刷,真正做到延长阀门的使用寿命及密封性。
3. The medium contact surface of the U-shaped rubber seat is designed as a convex V-profile, minimizing its contact area with media and the gate plate. This effectively extends the service life of the seat and resolves problems such as excessive operating torque, tight pushing force and difficult opening & closing.
U型阀座橡胶密封接触面设计为凸V型结构,使其接触介质或闸 板面积更小,可有效提高阀座的使用寿命,并可有效解决扭矩大、推 力紧、启闭难等问题。
4.The middle upper sealing part of the rubber seat adopts a concave U-shaped design, which reduces contact area with the gate plate, improves resilience, lowers operating torque and strengthens sealing tightness. A needle-type glue injection port can be fitted for supplementary sealing glue injection. After the rubber is worn over time, sealing performance can be restored multiple times by injecting sealing compound via external force.
阀座橡胶中道上密封设计为凹U型结构,使其接触闸板面积更 小 、回弹性更好 、扭力更轻 、密封更强,并可加装针芯注胶口,注胶 口可多次保障橡胶后期磨损后通过外力注密封胶修补橡胶的密封性。
5.An arc scraper structure is installed between the valve seat and valve body. When fitted with PTFE sealing components, it efficiently scrapes sticky media off the gate plate and extends the overall service life of the valve seat.
阀座与阀体间设计有弧形刮板结构 ,选用四氟密封可有效刮 除闸板上粘黏的介质,提高阀座整体使用寿命。
