Structural Features

Structural Design: The valve adopts a bidirectional sealing structure to deliver reliable sealing regardless of the medium flow direction.
Sealing Design: A U-shaped sealing strip is installed at the bottom of the valve body cavity, with steel wire lining inside the strip to guarantee long-term stable operation under high pressure difference working conditions.
Sealing Principle: The U-shaped sealing strip fits tightly between the gate plate and valve seat to realize bidirectional sealing. The elastic design of the sealing strip can compensate tiny deviations on the sealing surface to guarantee excellent sealing performance.
Wear-resistant Materials: The sealing surface is generally made of wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane and other materials, featuring outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Recess-free design: No grooves inside the valve body to prevent medium retention and lower clogging risks.
Full bore flow passage: Unobstructed internal flow path enables smooth medium flow and reduces pressure loss.
