QBK/QBY3 series pneumatic diaphragm pumps are equipped with two elastic diaphragms in symmetrical working chambers connected by a linkage rod. Compressed air pushes one diaphragm, driving synchronous reciprocating movement of both diaphragms. One chamber exhausts air while the other is pressurized. Two check ball valves inside each chamber alternately open and close to realize continuous liquid suction and discharge. QBK/QBY3 系列气动隔膜泵设有两个对称工作腔,腔内各配置一片弹性隔膜,两片隔膜由连杆相连。压缩空气推动一侧隔膜,带动两片隔膜同步往复运动;一侧腔体排气,另一侧腔体进气加压。每个工作腔内装有两只单向球阀,球阀交替启闭,实现介质持续吸入与排出。
The most distinctive feature lies in its air distribution valve. It abandons conventional O-ring and spool valve structures and adopts a 3-way pilot design, eliminating dead points and stall risks. It delivers reliable, rapid air switching for higher flow rate, lower pulse and smoother fluid delivery. 本泵最突出的亮点在于配气阀结构。摒弃传统 O 型圈与柱阀结构,采用三通先导式设计,消除阀死点与泵停机故障。换向信号稳定、换向响应更快,流量更大,输送脉冲更小,介质输送更加平稳。
The high-reliability air change-over valve reduces costly unexpected shutdowns. All air valve components can be replaced without disassembling the wetted section. Specially treated aluminum parts resist corrosion from contaminated air. The durable plastic slider inside ensures unobstructed air passage and flexible reversing. 高可靠性空气换向阀可避免意外停机造成高额损失;全部气阀组件无需拆解过流部件即可完成更换。经过特殊处理的铝制部件,能够抵御不洁空气腐蚀;内置耐用塑料滑块,保障气路通畅、换向灵敏。

Our pneumatic diaphragm pump can deliver flowing liquids and dry powders, as well as hard-to-flow media. It boasts numerous advantages of conveying equipment such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, canned motor pumps, slurry pumps and impurity pumps. 本公司气动隔膜泵既能抽送流动的液体和干粉,又能输送一些不易流动的介质,具有自吸泵、潜水泵、屏蔽泵、泥浆泵、和杂质泵等输送机械的许多优点。
1. No priming water required. Maximum suction lift: 7 m; maximum head: 70 m; outlet pressure ≤0.8 MPa. 不需灌引水,吸程最大高达 7m,扬程最大达 70m,出口压力≤0.8MPa
2. Wide flow passage and excellent particle passing capacity; maximum allowable particle diameter: 9.4 mm. The pumpsuffers minimal wear when transferring slurry and impurities. 流动宽敞,通过性能好,允许通过最大颗粒直径达 9.4mm。抽送泥浆、杂质时,对泵磨损甚微;
3. Head and flow rate can be adjusted by air supply pressure (air pressure range: 0.1–0.84 MPa). 扬程、流量可通过气源压力来调节(气源压力在 0.1—0.84MPa 之间);

5. The pump has no rotating components or shaft seals. The diaphragm completely isolates the conveyed medium from the pump’s moving parts to prevent medium leakage. When pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it avoids environmental pollution and risks to personal safety. 该泵无旋转部件,没有轴封,隔膜将抽送的介质与泵的运动部件、工作介质完全隔开,所输送的介质不会向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易挥发或腐蚀性介质时,不会造成环境污染和危害人身安全;
6. No power supply required, safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive areas.不需用电,在易燃、易爆场所使用安全可靠;
7. Capable of submerged operation in process media.可以浸没在介质中工作;
8. Easy to operate and reliable in service. Startup and shutdown only require simple opening/closing of the air valve. The pump will not be damaged even under long dry running or unexpected shutdown. It features automatic overload protection: it stops automatically under overload and restarts automatically once the load returns to normal. 使用方便、工作可靠、开停只需简单的打开和关闭气体阀门,即使由于意外情况而长时间无介质运行或突然停机,泵也不会因此损坏。一旦超负荷,泵会自动停机,具有自我保护性能,当负荷恢复正常后,又能自动启动运行。
9. Simple structure with few wearing parts, easy for installation and maintenance. The conveyed medium does not contact moving parts such as air distribution valves and connecting rods. Unlike other pump types, its performance will not gradually decline due to wear of rotors, pistons, gears, vanes and other components. 结构简单、易损件少。泵结构简单,安装、维修方便。泵输送的介质不会接触到配气阀、连杆等运动部件,不像其他类型的泵因转子、活塞、齿轮、叶片等部件的磨损而使性能逐步下降;
10. Suitable for transferring viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP). 可输送较粘的液体(粘度在 10000 厘泊以下);
11. No lubricating oil is needed. Dry running causes no damage to the pump, which is one of its prominent features.本泵无需润滑油,即使空转,对泵也无任何影响。这是该泵一大特点。
